  1. I say go for it. Love the colors, shading, and textures! Can this be displayed horizontally too? You could show both positions to demonstrate the versatility in design and perhaps inspire purchase. Let us know how it works out for you.

  2. No – don’t be afraid! You’ve come so far and now know what you want to do! I LOVE this painting! Can’t wait to see more! It’s hard to put yourself out there and be vulnerable…..but you know you need to!

  3. Do it! Regret what you don’t do etc etc – looks fab 😊 do you have art shows near you where you pay a bit to display your stuff. My sis did that over here in England.

  4. Love the painting.

You are afraid of what every artist is afraid of- that your art doesn’t measure up or that someone else could have done it better. Let me put your heart at ease- no one could do YOUR art better than YOU- for the simple fact that they aren’t you.

No one sees the experiences, the time, the failure behind your art- maybe that art took you 30 mins, 1 hr, 5 hrs (who knows) but the years of life behind it are the real value.

I say share your art with the world.

  5. Just do it. You have nothing to lose. It might sell, it might not. I think it is pretty and I think you should try. I did and my only customer has been my husband…And I am fine with that for now. My hope is just to get better at painting and selling a few is just a bonus to me for now. Go for it!
